One of my favorite quick lunches is at the market food centre at Holland Drive (near the junction of Buona Vista Road and Commonwealth Ave). This is a stall that is famous for its vegetarian bee hoon. Recently, I also tried the vegetarian chicken rice, and it was also very good!
